Method of application: After the design process of the project, the creation of vertical axles and hanging of ceramics on Multiclips from the distance of approximately 10 cm from the building surface and hanging of 10 mm thick ceramics on stainless steel clips by the interval of 6 mm joint.
SINTERLEX ADHESIVE BONDED & CLIPS FACADE SYSTEM
Horizontal Joints should be 3-6 mm
Suitable for low-rise buildings (Max. 15 stories)
Axle spacing should be max. 50-60 cm.
Construction of ceramics 1000x3000x3 mm
Method of Application: After the design process of the project, clips are fixed to the T profiles at a clearance of approximately 10 cm away from the building surface. The horizontal hanger profiles are attached with a polyurethane-based adhesive at the back of the vbe sinterflex plates with a maximum distance of 50 cm from the axles to the axle. Sinterflex facade sub-carrier system is a composition of appropriate L brackets, T + L carrier profiles, and hanger profiles (bottom, middle and top). which are applied on T+L profiles. The assembly is completed by hanging the hanger profiles to the clips.

Method of Application: After the design process of the project, vertical axes should be placed approximately 10 cm away from the building surface. Ceramic tiles should be bounded on T&L profiles by polyurethane sealant with joint intervals of 5 to 7 mm. Tiles need to be supported by double-sided tapes or quick adhesives to achieve sufficient adhesion tile and sealtant.
COMPACT LAMINATE FACADE SYSTEMS PROFILES WITH HIDDEN CHANNEL
If the compact laminate is used for the faced application, the application should be canalized between two panes. Hanger profiles are attached to these channels and special systems profiles can be set on. Vertical joints should be 3-6 mm. Suitable for multi-story buildings. Axle spacing should be max. 50 cm. Construction weight 7-7 kg/m2. Dimension of sinterflex is 1000x3000x3 mm. Carrier L brackets should be placed with a minimum vertical clearance of 80 cm.
Method of Application: After the design process of the project, clips are fixed to the T profiles at a clearance of approximately 10 cm away from the building surface, EPDM Gaskets should be placed on clips. According to the project, laminated hanger profiles sinterflex sheets are suspended on carrier clips.
COMPACT LAMINATE-FACED SYSTEM PROFILES WITH HIDDEN SCREWS.
If compact laminated is used for facade application, the top hanger profile should be screwed to behind the panel. Application done by hidden channel profile mounted on T profile hangs on panels. Vertical joints should be 3-6 mm. Suitable for multi-story buildings. Axle spacing should be max. 50 cm. Construction weight 6-7 kg/m2. Dimensions of sinterflex is 1000x3000x3 mm.

L BRAKETS
Aluminum carrier brackets can be manufactured according to the desired length and width in accordance with the front opening. Rusting seen in galvanized anchors does not occur in the aluminum bracket. According to the static calculation of the facade system L bracket thickness option are also offered in 3,4 and 5 mm. Galvanized steel can be produced if requested.
